You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number or proof of purchase — items sent back without a return request won't be accepted, and once your return is approved we'll send you instructions on where to send it. Returns need to arrive in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging. You're responsible for arranging the return shipping. Some items are final sale and can't be returned; if anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away. You can also cancel or remove items from your order within 1 hour of placing it if your order is being delivered in the United States, or within 15 minutes for all other destinations. Our refund policy has the full terms.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, your order's weight and the shipping method you choose, so you'll see the estimated cost before you pay. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders — checkout shows it. Our shipping policy sets out processing times, delivery estimates and what to do if an order is lost, damaged or delayed.
